Bill Smith Motors was a very complex brief with numerous site issues. Bounded by a railway to the west, A55 flyover to the north and siting within the greenbelt, we had to push the design to get the most of the site.

The brief was to provide a multi-franchise showroom, that included the refurbishment of the existing Honda showroom and a large extension to accommodate Triumph, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha along with a large accessories and clothing retail space.
