Brook Bottom

We were appointed on this scheme to take an existing simple single storey extension and maximise its potential.

Our scheme took the basic shell and transformed it into a dynamic double height space with full length ridgeline rooflights lighting a flexible open plan kitchen, living and dining area.

The original scheme did not respond to its context so we opened up the facades to take full advantage of the stream-side location with terraced patios linking the inside spaces to the fantastic gardens.
