Broomfield is a contemporary extension to a 1960's bungalow in an elevated position overlooking the Dee Estuary.

The design utilises its position and builds over an existing garage structure to maximise the previously hidden stunning views. 

 

Internally the original bungalow layout remains the same but a new open plan kitchen, dining and living area is created, divided by a double sided feature fireplace.
