Clemley is a design for a new build house in the open countryside. Designed to replace a derelict cottage on an open plot with fantastic views of the Cheshire countryside.

The house was designed as a large dormer property aimed at keeping the height and scale to a minimum, whilst maximising accommodation. The frontage retained the simplicity of the original cottage whilst the rear gave a more contemporary feel with large expanses of glass making the most of the views and natural light.
