We were tasked with developing concepts for a factory of the future for a national metal fabrication company. The project was based around a 120,000 sq/ft industrial unit that already had planning permission.

The brief was to create a world class facility that would become their head office and main manufacturing plant. In addition, the project was to include a regional apprenticeship college serving the wider community and local businesses.
