This 25,000 sq/ft industrial building was developed for Ransford's to house a new industry leading timber treatment facility, dry storage and the site's biomass boiler plant.

The project required careful coordination with Belgian equipment suppliers to ensure the high tolerances were met and critical timelines achieved.
