Spencer's Lane is a 1930's detached property that had been extended and adapted over its lifetime, leaving a series of spaces that were no longer fit for modern living.

Working closely with the client we developed a series of options, which would see a complete overhaul of the original property. Stripping it back to the original footprint, we re-designed the property to maintain its character but create usable, functional open-plan spaces with a clean contemporary aesthetic.
