Stanley Street is a large listed building in the city centre. Part of the Granite Buildings, it was originally built as a warehouse and office building. We were appointed to create plans to convert it to serviced apartment pods.

Working with the listed building fabric we were able to create 56 micro apartments over three and a half storeys, retaining the existing retail and leisure uses at the street level.
