The Old Rookery is a locally listed building in a small Cheshire village. The proposals included a two storey side and rear extension with a contemporary single storey link to the historic outbuildings.

Extensive liaison with the conservation officers allowed us to create a traditional façade in keeping with the original house, whilst developing a large open plan contemporary space to the rear.
