We were appointed at the start of the college's re-structuring project to rationalise its campus and create a world class city centre further and higher education facility. We were involved with the strategic planning, concept development, space modelling, site selection and procurement of the successful design teams.

The site chosen was the old Boddingtons Brewery in Manchester, where the project is now being delivered by Bond Bryan and Simpson Haugh.
